I completed my training to be a commercial clerk at Solothurner Handelsbank in Olten. From May 1978 until August 1986, I worked full-time at SUDAN PARTNER AG (Solidis today). Since then, I have worked part-time 3 days per week performing bookkeeping and secretarial work.
I am married, have 2 children and live in Gebenstorf near the Reuss River. In my leisure time, I can often be found out in nature hiking or Nordic walking. In the summer, I enjoy swimming in the Reuss River and in winter I like skiing in Lower Engadin. Now and then I also enjoy reading a book.
